Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the damage or issue.

  • screenshot of your complaint email/message, including the date and description.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please reach out within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the items received, along with the packaging.

  • Your order number and a brief explanation.

3. Returns (If Required)

In some cases, we may request the product to be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued. We will provide the return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns without prior authorization.

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by misuse.

  • Issues without clear photo or video evidence and communication proof.

Important Notes

  • All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with original tags/packaging (if return is requested).

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues. Please check our sizing chart carefully before purchasing.

  • Refunds will be processed once we review and approve the request. In some cases, replacements will be offered instead of refunds.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting photos, videos, or message

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
